In this documentAbout These Terms
Thanks for choosing Farm Barrow.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Farm Barrow website and the purchase of products and services offered through Farm Barrow's product pages, sales pages, ordering forms and connected customer-facing workflows. By using the website you agree to comply with these Terms. Where an order requires affirmative acceptance, you must acknowledge the version of these Terms presented at the relevant order stage before proceeding.
Farm Barrow operates as an agricultural food commerce, distribution, processing and packaging business. Our offerings may include fresh produce, pantry products, spices, processed or packaged food products and other approved agricultural products. Product-specific conditions displayed on a product or sales page may supplement these Terms.
Who may place an order and what information you must provide
Orders should be placed only by persons with legal capacity to enter into the relevant transaction. You must provide accurate and complete information when ordering, including your contact, delivery or collection details where required, and promptly tell Farm Barrow if you discover an error.
How to read our product information and availability
Farm Barrow uses reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, grades, size ranges, quantities and other product information accurate. Images are representative. Agricultural products may naturally vary in colour, shape, appearance or packaging. Where a grade, size range or other product specification is published, that published specification is the sales reference, subject to reasonable natural variation.
Availability is subject to Farm Barrow's authoritative inventory records and the applicable payment-confirmation workflow. If a paid product becomes unavailable, Farm Barrow will contact you and may offer an agreed alternative, later fulfilment where practical, or a refund. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
How prices, charges and quotations work
Prices may vary by product, grade, size, weight, quantity and approved commercial conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the displayed product price does not include an independent third-party delivery charge.
Standard public pricing applies to normal orders. Qualifying bulk, recurring-supply or commercial requirements may be separately quoted or negotiated. Prices may be changed prospectively. A confirmed paid order price will not be silently changed.
Any applicable statutory tax or charge will be disclosed or handled as required by the applicable accounting and legal configuration. A quotation or provisional price is valid only for the period stated or configured for that transaction.
When an order request becomes a confirmed transaction
Submitting order information is an order request and does not, by itself, mean that Farm Barrow has accepted and confirmed the order. Before payment, you should review the provisional invoice showing the relevant product, grade or variant, quantity, price and customer details.
When you proceed to the Make Payment stage, Farm Barrow generates a unique Order Reference. Keep this reference and quote it when contacting us about the transaction.
Farm Barrow may reject, hold or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including stock unavailability, payment problems, suspected fraud or security concerns, genuine pricing or product-information errors, legal requirements or other material operational reasons. Where Farm Barrow cancels an unfulfilled paid order, the applicable unfulfilled amount will be handled through the approved refund process.
How payment works at launch
Bank transfer is the launch payment method. Other approved payment methods may be introduced later and may have method-specific terms. Payment is expected within one hour after the payment details and Order Reference are generated. An unpaid or pending order may be cancelled or allowed to expire within 24 hours.
Where the bank-transfer workflow requires payment proof, you must upload or send the requested payment screenshot or image. Uploading or sending a receipt does not mean payment has been confirmed. A bank-transfer order becomes Confirmed Paid only after Farm Barrow verifies the payment. Cash on Delivery is not available at launch.
How third-party delivery arrangements work
Farm Barrow may assist in arranging an independent third-party rider or courier. Unless Farm Barrow expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for the applicable delivery charge. The third-party delivery quote or arrangement must be communicated and agreed before the delivery arrangement is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates and may depend on the courier, destination, traffic and other circumstances outside Farm Barrow's direct control. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Where a failed delivery or re-delivery is caused by customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional third-party charges may be payable by the customer, subject to case review and confirmation before re-dispatch.
When and how an order may be collected
Collection is available by prior arrangement where offered. Do not travel to collect an order until Farm Barrow has sent a Ready for Collection confirmation. The current collection location and instructions are controlled operationally and will be communicated as appropriate.
Farm Barrow may require the Order Reference and reasonable verification before releasing an order. An authorized third party may collect where Farm Barrow can reasonably verify the customer's authorization. The holding period for uncollected orders may vary by product and perishability and will be governed by the applicable operational rule.
What happens when an order needs to be cancelled, corrected or refunded
Before payment, you may cancel or abandon an order without penalty. After payment, a cancellation request is subject to administrative review and the stage of fulfilment. Cancellation may be restricted once preparation, dispatch or other irreversible fulfilment activity has begun.
If an order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged, report the issue as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery or collection, and provide the Order Reference and supporting evidence where applicable.
Whether a physical product must or may be returned is product-specific; these Terms do not create a universal right to physically return every food product.
Approved refunds are normally initiated by Farm Barrow within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear.
Commercial enquiries, customer communications and responsible use
Bulk, business and recurring supply
Standard orders may use the normal sales-page process. Non-standard quantities, recurring supply requirements or other commercial requirements may be directed to a Bulk / Business Purchase enquiry or Request a Quote process.
Commercial minimum quantities and quote validity are configuration- or quote-specific. Recurring-supply enquiries may be supported at launch, but automatic recurring-order processing is not promised.
Trade credit is not offered unless Farm Barrow separately approves it in writing. A specific quotation or written commercial agreement may supplement these general Terms.
Communications and customer conduct
Farm Barrow may use the email address and WhatsApp/phone information supplied by you for necessary order, payment, fulfilment and support communications.
Farm Barrow Market Updates are optional and require separate subscription or consent; accepting these Terms does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
You must not use Farm Barrow for fraudulent orders, impersonation, false information, abusive or threatening conduct, unlawful activity, malicious interference, unauthorized probing or disruptive automated extraction.
Farm Barrow may take proportionate steps to restrict or block misuse and preserve relevant audit evidence.

Third-party services
Farm Barrow may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Google/Blogger services, communication services such as WhatsApp or email, and independent couriers. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Farm Barrow remains responsible for its own commitments but does not control every act or system of an independent provider.

Website availability, liability, disruptions and the legal terms that complete this agreement
Website availability, disclaimers and liability
Farm Barrow does not promise that the website will be continuously available or entirely free from errors. Reasonable natural variation in agricultural products is not automatically a defect where the product remains consistent with the stated grade or specification and applicable customer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Farm Barrow may apply reasonable limitations to liability, including appropriate limitations relating to indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Events outside reasonable control
Farm Barrow is not expected to prevent events reasonably outside its control, which may include severe weather, transport disruption, government action, supply disruption, infrastructure outages or similar events.
Where reasonably practicable, Farm Barrow will communicate material disruption. Depending on the circumstances, an affected order may be handled through an agreed alternative, later fulfilment, cancellation or the applicable refund process.
Refusal or suspension of service
Farm Barrow may hold, reject or cancel suspected fraudulent or invalid transactions and may proportionately restrict service where conduct is abusive, threatening, unlawful or dangerous. Farm Barrow may also block malicious technical activity and retain appropriate audit evidence.
Changes to these Terms and Farm Barrow services
Farm Barrow may update these Terms prospectively. Each published version should show an effective date and version information. Material historical order information and the applicable Terms version should be preserved where necessary so that later changes do not silently rewrite an existing confirmed transaction.
Farm Barrow may prospectively add, remove or change products and services without promising permanent availability. Material policy changes may be communicated through the website or directly where legally or operationally appropriate.
Governing law, complaints and disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to mandatory applicable consumer, data-protection and other legal requirements.
Customers should first use Contact Us / Help, quoting the relevant Order Reference for transaction disputes, so Farm Barrow can attempt a good-faith internal resolution.
No mandatory arbitration requirement is imposed at launch. The precise court-jurisdiction wording remains subject to final Nigerian legal review.
Contact and notices
Farm Barrow may send transaction-related notices using the contact information supplied by the customer and may publish appropriate website notices. Customers should keep their contact details current and accessible.
Farm Barrow's authoritative contact information should be drawn from the shared Contact Us / Help configuration rather than duplicated independently in these Terms.
